Building Understanding is a specialist research company providing customer satisfaction and client perception research services to companys in the UK construction and property industries, and related sectors. Our webpage can be found here: www.buildingunderstanding.co.uk (the ‘Website’).

We provide our clients with online access to data and reports, related to the services we offer to any specific client, via our client portal (the ‘Portal’).

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. This policy is intended to give you an understanding of how and why we use your information.

We collect personal data about users of the Portal for a number of reasons, including communicating effectively with you, responding to requests for information and to facilitate your access to our Portal.
